自細已有Hallus Valgus(姆趾外翻),細細個仲以為係人隻腳趾公都係咁突,到大個讀醫先知係有問題. 最慘係我已經絕少著heels, 亦好少買尖頭鞋,但隻joint都好易痛,問題愈來愈嚴重.. 今日見位骨科朋友時佢順便幫我檢查,覺得已經moderate degree, 再唔做啲野分分鐘30幾歲要做手術......終於先買呢個splint, 希望真係有啲幫助....
